Oroville Hmong Alliance Church Expansion Use Permit Applica�on
Located at 395 Oakvale Ave, Oroville, CA
The proposed use requested by this use permit applica�on is an expansion of the
exis�ng use as permited under Use Permit 81-01. The exis�ng use permit allows for a 2,932 sq.
�. church building used for congrega�on mee�ngs, a 905 square foot gazebo and a 2,180 square
foot parsonage all served by an on-site gravel parking lot. The owners would like to add a 6,000
square foot building which would contain two classrooms, two 3-stall restrooms, a storage
closet and a large open “Main Hall” to take the place as the primary congrega�on mee�ng hall.
The exis�ng 2,932 sq. �. church building would be converted en�rely to small classrooms and
serve an accessory use to the church ac�vi�es hosted in the new building. On site parking will
be relocated and increased, as shown on the atached site plan, to accommodate an increase in
total site occupancy to now serve a total of 250 occupants. No changes are proposed for the
exis�ng gazebo or parsonage.
