The 3/4" open iron pipe marking a parcel corner on the North line of E. 10th Ave. that was found on the Record of Survey Map
in Book 110 at Page 88 was not found. The corner was reestablished and reset per said Record of Survey Map using standard
surveying practices.
A description of the physical condition of the monument as found and as set or reset:
Set 3/4" iron pipe tagged L.S. 5181, in concrete.
