AMERICAN TRAUMA SURGEON TESTIFIES AS TO FRAUD AND
This is American doctor James P. Miller, M.D. General surgeon / former
trauma & acute care / critical care surgeon; now primary care.
In the video below, recorded on September 28 2026, he testifies at a roundtable
discussion, before Senator Ron Johnson
*He was a staff surgeon/ICU provider at the first USA hospital to treat a Covid
case. He treated 100s of Covid patients and was contracted to review quality of
ICU services at the hospital.
*The reviews uncovered FRAUD extending to senior hospital leadership, that
caused harm and INCREASED MORTALITY
*Medical staff were provided misleading and inaccurate information about the
use of REMDESIVIR for treatment of Covid 19
*Observed hospital messaging to FALSELY INFLATE COVID INFECTIONS
AND DEATHS contributing to public fear and generating misleading
headlines
*Media headlines stated their hospital was over run with Covid patients....but
the lived reality was that there were so few hospital patients, nurses were being
sent home
*Mask and Personal Protective Equipment protocols were not based on science
and did not work...but they did DEHUMANISE both patients and staff.
*Patients who died from trauma and other NON COVID causes, were marked
as Covid 19 deaths on their death certificates
*Hospital HEAD OF INFECTIOUS DISEASE told him that he was working
with the state government to "RESTRICT THE RIGHTS OF
UNVACCINATED PEOPLE"
*Hospital leadership endorsed the local medical establishments REFUSAL TO
PROVIDE HEALTH CARE TO UNVACCINATED PATIENTS.
*In response this doctor opened a free clinic through his church, where he
successfully treated many Covid patients with zinc, quercetin, ivermectin,
hydroxychloroquine etc.
*He has now endured YEARS of disciplinary action, legal action etc with the
stated goal of TAKINGA WAY HIS MEDICAL LICENSE, as a result of
him speaking out the truth.
*HE DEFEATED EVERY ATTACK
*Doctors and nurses who witnessed all of the above, mostly stayed silent.
IT IS TIME FOR PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY TO RESTORE TRUST
IN PUBLIC HEALTH
