Gorry collapsed on a softball field in September 2021 shortly after receiving his second COVID-19 injection. Diagnosed with severe myocarditis, his condition deteriorated into heart failure, ultimately requiring a transplant. Before his death in July 2026, the federal Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) formally approved his claim for compensation, an official acknowledgment of the damage caused by the Moderna injections. Yet, as his sister Dr. Crystal Luchkiw revealed, Scott was met with coldness, minimization, and overt discrimination from the medical establishment simply because his injury challenged the regime’s mandatory narrative. Scott wished to bring his story before the Allison Inquiry to ensure the truth could not be buried.
