Re:Construction Authorization Request for Upstream Concrete Facing Project
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to letters dated August 6,2026,and September 14, 2026 from
Mr. Robert Ellis that submitted a response to our comments on a construction
authorization and an updated Quality Control Inspection Program (QCIP) with approved
for construction drawings and resume for a replacement inspector for Upstream Concrete
Facing Repair Project for Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek
Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619.We have reviewed the submittal,and have the
following comments:
1.We received the resume of new field inspector Mr. James Layfield and his
resume was found acceptable,and was approved via email on September 11,
2026.
2.The updated QCIP omitted the already approved resume of Mr. Glenn Hughes.
In future, include all the approved resumes in the QCIP.
No response is required.We appreciate your continued efforts in this aspect of our
