Colusa Subbasin Draft 2027 Groundwater
Sustainability Plan (GSP) Amendment
The Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) in the Colusa Subbasin are developing a
Revised GSP anticipated to be adopted in January 2027. The Public Review Draft is
available for review, which can be accessed by clicking on the link below. The public review
period began on October 9, 2026 and will end on November 8, 2026. Comments can be
submitted via email to publiccomment@davidsengineering.com or by scanning the QR
Code found on the flyer below.
