Greetings,
The agenda for the October 13-16, 2026 California Fish and Game Commission meeting
has been revised to:
Recommend continuing item 9 (Calistoga Popcornflower) to a
future meeting;
remove from consent item 18 (Harpoons and Flying Gaffs for
Recreational Tuna Fishery and Gear Marking in Commercial
Harpoon Swordfish Fishery) and hear the item as a regular agenda
item;
indicate that Petition 2023-19MPA_AM1 (New Chitqawi SMCA Near
Morro Bay) has been withdrawn by the petitioner (see item 31); and
add item (D)I. to Executive Session (Deliberation and Action on
License and Permit Items).
