Re:Revised Quality Control and Inspection Program (QCIP) for South Fork Diversion
Dam and Slate Creek Diversion Dam Fall Protection Project
Dear Mr. Moseley:
This is in response to your letter dated June 30, 2026 that submitted the revised
QCIP for the fall protection project at South Fork Diversion Dam and Slate Creek
Diversion Dam,which are parts of the South Feather Power Project, FERC No. 2088.
We have reviewed the submittal, and have no comments.
As a reminder, the work associated with this QCIP was authorized in our letter
dated June 30, 2026. The provisions of that letter remain in effect and are not restated
here.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
